Your Honor,

I am here today to be sentenced for a crime that was committed not by me but against me. A crime that took place on my land against myself and my family. Bullies, that came into my home and threatened that if I do not give up my rights freely I will be charged with impeding. This fact was testified to by my accuser officer Murano in family court and again in the trial of Earl Allcock. Two officers also testified to this fact at my trial.

I could not and can not, give up my rights. Too many people died for me to have those rights. I stand firm in my belief that my rights were and are still way to important to just be bullied out of them.

I went to trial and never got the right to face my accuser. Another one of my rights that just disappears. Officer Murano didn't even bother to testify at my trial. He was the one who threatened me and accused me. That seems to be all right with the court and everyone involved except for me and my family and those who know the Constitutional laws.

Instead of impeding an officer by not allowing them in without a warrant as so charged it is was changed. It is now charged that a attempted assault on a officer. This has become the basis of the impeding charge. A charge that I am said to be guilty of. A crime so bogus that it isn't even feasible. I am accused of attempting to attack an officer with a lit cig. While that officer is holding in her arms a small child that I love dearly. It just didn't happen. A lie that will now stand as fact in a court where a lie is more powerful then the truth because it came from the mouth of an officer.

My family and I have already been sentenced. We now must live in fear every day knowing that we are no longer safe in our own home. That if we don't do as we are told when we are being threatened into compliance that we shall face jail time for disobeying a police order. My grandchildren endured abuse at the hands of those who claim to be their protectors. The crime that took place on my property has gone unpunished. My grandchildren must live every day with the damage that was perpetrated against them.

Our rights have become nothing more then a joke to those who have the power to removed our rights, our freedom and our liberty.

I will gladly face jail or even death itself before I will ever give up my rights. My father and those who died in order for me to have those rights would be proud of me for standing up to my oppressor. Many others around this country are proud of me as well.

I am told that I must worry about terrorist coming to this land but I say to you this day the terrorist are already here, using their badge, their lies and the courts to enforce their terrorist reign upon us. My being here today is evidence of that fact.

Thank You for this chance to speak.

Cecile
